The CloudVPN Portal is accessible on any mobile and desktop device using a web browser or the CloudVPN app, available for android and IOS.
Worldwide network of scalable servers
CloudVPN Portal servers run in virtual environments from the most respected data centers around the world. These ISO-27001 certified data centers have physical security, 24/7/365 monitoring, and a defense-in-depth layered security model.
It is made accessible worldwide using Akamai's content delivery service (CDN) to provide provide a low-latency connection and built-in redundancy, no matter where you are. In practice this means that the IP address and "location" of the Cloud Portal will be different depending on where you are in the world. For example, if you're in Aruba, the Cloud Portal may be available to you on an IP address hosted in Venezuela, to provide you with an optimal user experience.
The VPN servers are located in data centers around the world to also provide low-latency connections. Additionally, this network of servers also has built-in redundancy, so if one VPN server goes down, the other servers take over automatically. When a server goes offline, e.g. for maintenance, devices connected to that server will automatically be assigned to the nearest available server.

A home screen button of the CloudVPN Portal can be added on most mobile devices to quickly and easily access the CloudVPN Portal in your mobile web browser.
Touch icon
You can change the icon of your home screen shortcut by changing your company's touch icon.
On iOS devices
- Open the Safari web browser
- Go to cloudvpn.acirroplus.com
- Tap the menu-icon
- In the menu, tap on the "Add to Home Screen" option
- Choose [Add]
- The CloudVPN Portal will now be accessible from your home screen
On Android devices
- Open the Google Chrome web browser
- Go to cloudvpn.acirroplus.com
- Tap the menu-icon
- In the menu, tap on the "Add to home screen" option
- Choose [OK]
- The CloudVPN Portal will now be accessible from your home screen
