If you require to you generate a router log file for our support department, simply follow the 6 easy steps below:
- (If applicable) Wait for the problem / error to occur
- Important: Leave the CloudVPN on, do no reboot, or power-cycle
- Insert an empty USB flash drive into the CloudVPN Gateway
- Important: Wait 2 minutes
- Remove the USB flash drive from the CloudVPN Gateway
- Send the file call "log" to the support team and describe the issue you are experiencing.
Note: If the USB flash drive is still empty, check if it is formatted as FAT/FAT32 or try using a different USB flash drive.
