Activate Cloud Logging
- Go to the CloudVPN Portal Fleet Manager app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different CloudVPN Portal app.
- Open the main menu , go to Devices , and select the concerning device.
- Go to Licenses and click on [Activate] in the Cloud Logging section.
- Enter the activation code you received with your Cloud Logging purchase and click on [Activate].

Now that you've activated Cloud Logging, you're ready for Step 2: Set up a data source.Extend Cloud Logging
If you want to extend the expiration date of a license and keep the same amount of dps/hr, you can use the extend functionality. Please follow the steps below to do so:
- Go to the CloudVPN Portal Fleet Manager app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different CloudVPN Portal app.
- Open the main menu , go to Devices , and select the concerning device.
- Go to Licenses and click on [Extend] on the right side of the license that you would like to extend.
- Enter the activation code you received with your Cloud Logging purchase, or use a code that you are currently not using, then click on [Confirm].
Change Cloud Logging to a lower/higher amount of dps/hr
If you want to change the license to a different amount of dps/hr, you can use the change license functionality. Please follow the steps below to do so:
- Go to the CloudVPN Portal Fleet Manager app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different CloudVPN Portal app.
- Open the main menu , go to Devices , and select the concerning device.
- Go to Licenses and click on [Change license] in the Cloud Logging section.
- Enter the activation code you received with your Cloud Logging purchase and click on [Activate].
Transfer a Cloud Logging license to another device
You can transfer any previously activated Cloud Logging license to another device by first deactivating Cloud Logging on the current device and then activating Cloud Logging on the new device using the license you just made available.
- Go to the CloudVPN Portal Fleet Manager app, which is accessible from the Apps menu in the top right corner if you are currently in a different CloudVPN Portal app.
- Open the main menu , go to Devices , and select the current Cloud Logging device.
- Go to Licenses and click on [Deactivate] in the Cloud Logging section.
- Go back to Devices and select the new Cloud Logging device.
- Go to Licenses and click on [Activate] in the Cloud Logging section.
- Select the Cloud Logging license you just made available and click on [Activate].
Transferred
You've now transferred Cloud Logging onto your new device and you're ready for Step 2: Set up a data source.
