It can always happen that a user in your CloudVPN Portal company no longer needs access. In this case, you can easily remove that user from your CloudVPN Portal company.
To remove a user, please follow the steps described below:
- Open the CloudVPN Portal Portal app, which is accessible from the Apps menu
in the top right corner if you are currently in a different CloudVPN Portal app.
- Open the main menu
, go to Users
, and select the concerning user.
- Expand more options
and select [Remove from company].
- Tick the box "I'm sure" and click on [Remove].
Definite action
You cannot undo the accidental removal of a user. However, you can invite them again.
