You can change your password to increase the security of your CloudVPN account. You can also reset your password to regain access to your CloudVPN account in case you forgot your password or your account got compromised.
Always make sure you choose a secure password to prevent other people from accessing your account. We recommend searching online about what makes a password secure. Additionally, you can increase the security of your account even further by adding two-factor authentication.
Select what you would like to do:
Change my password
Please follow the steps below to change your password:
- Go to the CloudVPN Portal, open the account menu in the top right corner and select
[My profile].
- Go to Login and security
and click on [Change password].
- Enter your current password, new password and confirm your new password.
- (Optional) The option "Require all devices to sign in with new password" will log you out of the CloudVPN Portal on all devices, requiring your new password to log in.
- Click on [Confirm].

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the password has been changed.Reset my password
Please follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Go to the CloudVPN Portal login page and click on [Forgot password?].
- Enter your e-mail address and click on [Send me instructions].
- Click on [Reset my password] in the e-mail that you received.
- Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
- (Optional) The option "Require all devices to sign in with new password" will log you out of the CloudVPN Portal on all devices, requiring your new password to log in.
- Click on [Reset password].
