Unable to disconnect the VPN connection

Problem

After establishing a VPN connection, it is not possible to disconnect using the Disconnect button.

Cause

The 32-bit VPN Client is being used on a 64-bit version of Windows.

Solution

Go to Fleet Manager > Tools and download and install the 64-bit VPN Client.

If you do not have access to the Fleet Manager, uninstall the CloudVPN VPN Client and try to establish a VPN connection. You will automatically be presented with a prompt to download the VPN Client. Download and install the 64-bit VPN Client.
