In a troubleshooting process you may decide to reboot each element of the machine to make sure they are not the cause of a problem that you may be experiencing.
The CloudVPN router can be rebooted remotely when it has an active Configuration connection. The connection status can be viewed in the "Cloud Connection Status"-component on a Device page.
Important
All communications going over the CloudVPN router will be temporarily interrupted. This includes communication between a possible PLC and HMI when they are directly connected to the CloudVPN router.

- Reboot your device at Fleet Manager > Devices > Your device > More > Reboot device.
